Price includes the $300 government filing fee and applicable disbursements. HST is extra. We confirm the scope and any additional fees before we start.

Professionals
We handle standard Ontario business incorporations, and professional incorporations for doctors, dentists and other regulated professionals. If your client is starting something, buying into something or restructuring what they already have, we can help.
Professional incorporations start at the same $999 base price. Most professional corporations also require a corporate profile report, which adds $50. College application fees are separate. Additional fees may apply where the structure is more complex, for example where assets or goodwill need to be rolled into the new company or where there are multiple owners. We'll confirm the total before we start.
How We Work Together
Some advisers would rather make an introduction and step back. Others want to coordinate the incorporation alongside their own work. Either is fine with us.
Refer Your Client Directly
Introduce us with your client's permission. We confirm the engagement and the instructions, handle the incorporation, and bill your client directly.
With your client's authorization, we keep you in the loop and send you the completed corporate records.
Coordinate Through Your Practice
We can also talk about invoicing your firm for the legal work. You can then agree on your own fees with your client for any structuring advice, coordination or other services you provide.
We confirm the engagement, the billing and how we'll communicate before the first file.
Either way, Ordower Law provides the legal services. We do not pay referral fees. Your own services and charges are agreed separately with your client.
